How to pin an agent
The benefit of pinning an agent is to have quick access to your most used agents.
- Click on the all agents in the top right of your screen.
- Agents are organized by category to make it easier to find the right agent for the right job
- Click on the pin icon
- These agents will then appear on your home page
- Not sure which agents to choose. Have a chat with agent Haleigh, she can help.


What is a project?
Projects are great when you want multiple chats to all have the same context, like brand voice or document references.
- Create a project by clicking the [+] button beside the project tile.
- A form will popup where you can add title, description, context and files.
- Then click the [+ New Chat ] button. Any choose an agent. Any chat in the project will have the context of the project.


Chat with multiple agents
Having multiple agents allows you to switch agents in a single chat. Like starting with a strategist then jumping to a writer.
- Start a chat with the first agent.
- To add an agent select the [add agent] button near the compose message.
- Next you can switch agents by typing @ in the message or by clicking the corresponding agent profile image.
