How do I access the documentation template?

How do I attach a file to a conversation?
Simply click on the paperclip icon beneath the chat window. You can upload Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CSV, PDF, PNG and JPG formats. These files provide context to help agents give you more accurate and relevant responses.
How do I talk to or chain multiple agents in the same thread?
First click on the "add agents" button beneath the chat window. This becomes your group of available agents. Then type "@" in the chat window and select one of the available agents. The "live" agent will see all of the historical context from your previous conversations, ensuring continuity across your multi-agent workflow.
I can't find a chat thread I know I created. How do I search for this?
Select "view all chats" in the sidebar. You will then launch a page with all your chats that includes AI-based search as well as the ability to manage your chats by adding tags, or archiving them. This makes it easy to organize and retrieve your conversation history.
Can Agentiiv help me with PowerPoint presentations?
Yes! Casey, the PowerPoint creator, can transform content (either researched or provided by you) into complete, visually appealing presentations with speaker notes. She can't make custom designs on PowerPoint but she has a standard template that she uses and can create the narrative and generate a downloadable file for you. Additionally, Johnny, the design specialist, can create professional-quality photos, illustrations, logos, and package designs using the latest image generation technology.
What is a "critic agent" and how does it improve the output quality?
A "critic agent" is a specialized AI agent that reviews and provides feedback on another agent's work before you see it. Different types of critic agents exist for various purposes: content critics review writing for style, flow, and coherence; fact-checking critics verify claims and suggest corrections; creative critics evaluate and enhance creative concepts; social media critics ensure content follows platform best practices. When an agent consults with a critic, they send their draft work, receive detailed feedback, make improvements based on that guidance, and then present you with the enhanced final version. Think of it like the agents are having a meeting without you so that they can give you the best possible output.

How do I submit a support ticket if I'm having issues?
Look for a "Support" button in the side navigation. When submitting a ticket, include a clear description of the issue, steps that led to the problem, what you expected vs. what happened, screenshots if relevant, your account information, browser/device details, and any error messages you received.
Can I share my chat conversations with others?
Check your chat interface for a "Share" button or export options. Before sharing any chat, review content for sensitive or confidential information, ensure it's appropriate for your intended audience, and be mindful of any proprietary information. Additionally you have the ability to delete or revoke shared links.
What are tokens and why do they matter?
Tokens are the basic units that AI models use to process text and/or images. A token can be a whole word, part of a word, punctuation mark, or space. Tokens matter because many platforms have usage limits per conversation or month. To manage token usage effectively, be concise while providing necessary context, break long documents into smaller chunks, start new conversations for unrelated topics, and check your account dashboard to see your current usage and limits.
